Andrew Hull Andrew Hull was appointed Assistant Director of Taskforce 2000 in 1997. His responsibilities included head of campaigning in Parliament and Government, securing private sector support for the Taskforce's activities as a not-for-profit organisation, and the development and launch of Taskforce 2000's award winning website. As a spokesman for Taskforce 2000, Hull has extensive experience of briefing the media and giving TV and radio interviews. Previous to this work, Hull acted as Political Advisor to David Atkinson MP, working in the fields of health, international affairs, and small businesses. He was appointed a Special Advisor to the Council of Europe. He has a BA Hons in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of York.
